11/13/2022 0 Comments Ipcam client foscamI am not an expert but it seems to me that probably something has changed in Windows during one of the silent updates - as the same class of problems appears sometimes across different browsers. You have my sympathy - but this is a technical issue which cannot solved by customer support. Of course at the same time you are under great pressure to get a solution out ASAP - an appropriate balance must be found. IMHO, I think it would be better for your customer relations if customers were not spending time trying solutions which do not succeed. Rather than follows others down a dead end path, I would prefer to wait until FOSCAM has investigated and cleared up the problem. One person who own several cameras with several different firmware versions have confirmed that same problem occurs with both new and old firmware, but that from some PC/browsers the problem does not occur. Several people have posted that updating the version does not solve their problem. It appears from the other threads that there is an ongoing problem with viewing the video which is mostly independent of version number.
